Our flagship initiative, 'Brew for Change' a one-month barista training program at The Rainbow Tree Café, is transforming lives. We’re teaching tribal youth from The Nilgiris the art and science of crafting espresso-based coffees—from mastering the perfect pour to creating latte art.
